Welcome to Dukes Helping Hands
At Dukes Helping Hands, we don't simply provide services—we build relationships. Our team works alongside each individual, family, guardian, and Support Coordinator to develop supports based on the individual's goals, strengths, interests, preferences, and needs.
Whether someone wants to become more active in the community, find meaningful employment, strengthen independent living skills, develop positive coping strategies, or simply make new friends and try new experiences, we are here to lend a helping hand.

Community Inclusion
Small-group community experiences designed to promote independence, friendships, recreation, learning, social development, and meaningful participation in everyday community life.
Community-Based Supports
Individualized one-to-one support that helps individuals strengthen daily living skills, access their community, make choices, and work toward greater independence.
Individual Supports
Person-centered assistance designed to help individuals develop and maintain skills needed for greater independence in their home and community.
Supported Employment
Employment-focused support to help individuals explore opportunities, obtain employment, learn job responsibilities, develop workplace skills, and maintain meaningful employment.
Career Planning
Individualized career exploration designed to help individuals identify their interests, strengths, employment goals, and potential career paths.
Pre-Vocational Training
Skill-building opportunities that prepare individuals for future employment by strengthening communication, responsibility, workplace behavior, task completion, and other employment-related skills.
Behavioral Supports
Individualized positive behavioral support focused on understanding behavior, developing meaningful replacement skills, strengthening communication and coping strategies, and promoting greater independence and quality of life.
Respite
Temporary support designed to provide meaningful care and supervision for the individual while giving caregivers needed relief.
Transportation
Transportation support may be available in connection with approved services and individual needs.
Goods & Services
Approved goods and services may be available when they support an individual's identified needs and goals.
Community Inclusion
The community is our classroom.
Our Community Inclusion program gives individuals opportunities to learn, socialize, explore, volunteer, exercise, build independence, and have fun in real community settings.

Weekend Community Inclusion
Saturday & Sunday | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
The weekend should provide opportunities for friendship, growth, recreation, and community participation too. Our Weekend Community Inclusion program offers meaningful small-group experiences for individuals who want to stay active, build friendships, explore their interests, and enjoy their community.
