Supported Employment
Our Supported Employment services help individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment. We focus on each person’s strengths, interests, abilities, and career goals while providing individualized support throughout the employment process.
Services may include job exploration, application assistance, résumé development, interview preparation, workplace training, job coaching, communication skills, and ongoing support to promote long-term success.
Group Supported Employment
Group Supported Employment gives individuals the opportunity to develop job skills in a supervised, team-based work environment. Participants receive hands-on instruction and support while learning workplace expectations, teamwork, communication, time management, and task completion.
Our goal is to help each participant build confidence, gain valuable experience, and move toward greater independence in employment.
